Your local parkrun 5k race from the National series and held on every Saturday of the year and managed by our very own Jackie MacDonald on an accurately measured multi-terrain (pavement & grass) course!
Entry is free but you must enter in advance before your first run and obtain a bar code. See website for details.
The Parkrun this week is not on the kite marked normal course and so cannot count in the club championships.
