The 23rd running of this popular 15 mile event takes place this summer and NEW for 2023 is a brand new 5 mile event! This event, hosted by Wadhurst Runners, has consistently been voted one of the UK's best races and this year the event is part of the 2023 Sussex Grand Prix, so early booking is advised. This year we are supporting St MIchael's Hospice. In addition to our donations from entries in the 5 Mile Taster Race, please also consider donating £2 when registering your entry. You'll receive both a medal and t-shirt plus access to the post race cake and beer! What more could you need? What’s so special? The fifteen-mile race around Bewl Water is a challenging route over trails and quiet country lanes. This year we are introducing a five-mile taster race over the first part of the route. £50 cash prizes for the first man and woman finishers in the 15 mile race plus awards to the first three finishers in age category in both races. A quality commemorative Bewl 15 t-shirt and bespoke medal for all finishers. On offer at the finish, you’ll be supplied with home made cakes and a glass of beer (subject to availability).
