Join us for the scenic 10-mile Thames Towpath race, starting at Old Deer Park (TW9 2SF). This long-established event follows a route passing Kew Gardens, continuing along the towpath towards Chiswick Bridge, and looping back to Richmond Lock before finishing in Old Deer Park. The flat, multi-terrain course is ideal for runners of all levels and serves as excellent preparation for the London Marathon.
Mile markers and water stations will be available, and we encourage participants to bring their own reusable cup as we aim to go cup-free. Please note, the course is unsuitable for wheelchairs or baby buggies due to its narrow and uneven sections.
