- Due to the nature of the course we are not allowing any music devices to be worn during the race including bone conduction headphones
- All participants take part at their own risk. Any participant unsure of their physical ability to take part in the event should seek medical advice from a general practitioner prior to the event
- All participants agree to abide by the rules of the event and that the officials’ decision is final
- All participants confirm that they have no medical disability that would endanger themselves or others by taking part (and will not run if unfit on the day)
- All participants agree to run under their own name, no pseudonyms are allowed and transfers can only be made using the “Participant Dashboard” button included in confirmation email
- All participants understand that the organisers will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or illness howsoever caused as a result of entering the race
- All participants agree that during the race they will obey marshals’ instructions.
- In the event that you are unable to take part, you will not allow anyone else to use your number- this is strictly forbidden for health and safety purposes.
- You can transfer your place to another competitor by using the “Participant Dashboard” button included in confirmation email. There is a service charge for each transfer.
- Closing date for change of details or transfer of race numbers is STRICTLY on Saturday 11th January 2025. Transfer requests received after this deadline will not be processed.
- If you change your mind or decide to cancel your place because of injury, illness, lack of training, weather or other reason then unfortunately we are unable to refund your entry fee. In addition, no refunds will be given if the race has to be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organisers control.
- The course will begin to be dismantled 3 hours after the start of the race. Course directions will still be available and a ‘sweep’ cyclist will follow the last runner.
- We do not offer deferrals or refunds for injury or illness.
- Medal for all finishers
