The Canterbury Harriers achieved excellent results at the Staplehurst 10K, resulting in them picking up the team prize. Simon Jones completed the course in 35:00, achieving a PB. PBs were also achieved by Tom Millard of 35:57, Yiannis Christodoulou in 38:43, Craig Thomas in 41:15 and Nathan Bradley in 46:33. Yiannis managed to shed a minute from his time from three weeks ago, an outstanding result. Philip Wyard and Mark Cooper also achieved good results, just dipping under the 41 minute mark.
